Rail Scope is a new technological breakthrough that revolutionizes model railroading.
Through the magic of micro-electronics a miniature camera is mounted inside the specially outfitted locomotive,
allowing you to see your layout as you've never seen it before.
Now you can truly be the engineer,
"Ridin' the Rails" as your train winds its way along the mountain passes,
over trestles, around cities and through tunnels all shown on a television set,
as if you were miniaturized to the same scale as your layout,
looking out your cab window.

22 degree Field of vision; wider than in a real locomotive.
Focus ranges from 4" to infinity; both near and distant objects are always in focus.
Automatic irising adjusts the lens for various lighting conditions.
Clear black and white picture.
Receiver, hidden in a stack of simulated lumber,(included) connects easily to any standard TV.
Picture can be recorded using a standard VCR.
A complete instruction manual is included.
Picture is transmitted while the train is in motion or at a complete stop.
Operates on channel 3 or 4.
Rail Scope operates on two alkaline 9-volt batteries (not included).
