LIONEL O GAUGE TRAIN SET 8142 CHESAPEAKE OHIO 4-4-2 STEAM ENGINE COAL TENDER CARS Attic Storage Purchase - ASP
INCLUDED: One (1) GOOD+ condition LIONEL train set. This has been stored for many decades, displays OK and is 100% original. This is a nice example of a common die cast steam engine that will function and display well until a mint example can be located. The engine with metal wheels and trucks has been bench tested, works perfectly and runs strong in forward and reverse. The smoke unit & headlight work well. The whistling tender has plastic trucks, metal wheels and axles and a knuckle coupler on rear. The whistle is mute and I believe that there is a wiring issue because you can barely hear that it is attempting to send a signal. The caboose needs a smoke stack. Guaranteed 100% Original - No Reproduction Parts I am not a LIONEL expert so I will defer to those that are. I will let the over sized images do the talking.
