- A Buyer must contact the Seller before returning any Item(s). The Buyer should contact the Seller the same day they receive the Item(s). This discussion can be done via email or telephone. The Buyer should get confirmation from the Seller before returning the Item(s).
- A Buyer must return any Item(s) in the exact condition that it was received in. When possible take a picture or record a video of the Item(s) you intend to return. Item(s) that are factory boxed or sealed, should remain factory boxed or sealed. Factory sealed packaging should not be tampered with in any way.
