VintageToys.com ) is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts with you and the Seller/Buyer of an Auction, Classified Ad, Trade Ad or Wanted Ad.
People who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership due to state laws concerning the age of majority.
If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these services. |

VintageToys.com is only providing Internet services.
We only provide services to people interested in buying, seller & trading merchandise via the Internet.
We do not have control over the Items that are posted on this site and cannot guarantee the authenticity and/or quality of said product.
We are not responsible for the actions the Seller takes before, during or after the Item closes.
Also, we are not responsible for typographical errors, misprints, loss of merchandise/money, damage or failure of equipment, due to your visit to this site.
Use of this site is at your own risk! All content is presented AS IS. |

Article 3a: Bidding, Buying, Trading and Selling -
As a Member, you may Bid, Buy, Trade, Sell or Want merchandise using VintageToys.com.
Article 3b: As a Buyer, Bidder or Offerer - You know that placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Seller.
The bid cannot be retracted!
When you win an Item, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid (plus any postage, insurance and handling costs associated with the delivery of the Item or Items.)
Placing a bid on this site and/or winning then not paying for the product is illegal in most states resulting in possible prosecution.
Article 3c: As a Seller, Auctioneer, Trader or Wanter -
The Item that you list as an Auction, Classified Ad, Trade Ad or Wanted Ad must be real.
Pre sales are not accepted.
Once a Bid or Offer has been placed for your Item you are entering into a binding contract with the potential Buyer of the product.
Once the Item has a bid, you are obligated to sell to the highest bidder.
As a Seller, you are not legally permitted to bid on your own Item which is known as sham or shill bidding.
If reported, your Item will be deleted and you will still be responsible for any fees to us that you initially agreed to pay to use our services.
Article 3d: As a Seller, Auctioneer, Trader or Wanter -
You will do you best to use clear and accurate Images, write an concise and accurate Description and offer fair and reasonable shipping and handling fees.
Furthermore, you agree NOT to place commercial ads and/or links to other websites within your Images and/or Descriptions.
Your Images may have a light copywrite watermark as long as the watermark dissolves into the Image at less than a 10 percent resolution and does NOT interfere with the visibility of the Item(s) in the Image to the point where the Buyer may be confused.
All Images Uploaded through the VintageToys.com system will become watermarked with the VintageToys.com logo and become property of VintageToys.com to be used at a future time in any way deemed appropriate.

REGISTERING - You must have a VALID Email Address to register with
VintageToys.com.
You must chose a Username with no more than 15 characters (no spaces, no special characters).
The administrator has a right to approve or disapprove any Username deemed innappropriate.
Usernames deemed inappropriate may be changed without prior warning.
VintageToys.com requires a VALID Street Address and Phone Number.
Full Names are required: John Smith NOT J Smith, John S or JS.
Contact information is subject to review by the administrator and accounts that are deemed to include inappropriate, inaccurate or false information will be changed, suspended, placed ON HOLD or closed without prior warning. |

LISTINGS - As a member, you are welcome to list Items for sale using
VintageToys.com services.
We do have restrictions on what items you may sell and what you may not sell.
You may not sell illegal merchandise including pirated software and music, firearms, nudity, pornography, or anything that is associated with
violence, etc. You may not sell reproductions which violate copywrites or trademarks held by their original owners.
We work closely with automakers and their legal representitives to weed out all types of forgeries which, in our opinion, compromises the integrity of legitimate original products.
If you have documented proof that your Items have a valid license, please forward us a copy for our records and to post online.
Items that are up for sale or bids are subject to review by the staff of
VintageToys.com, and may be removed without notice if found in violation with these Terms. |

| Article 6: |
FEES - VintageToys.com charges fees to list items on this site and you agree to pay all fees. There are NO fees to (1) register, (2) buy a classified ad item, (3) make an offer or win a trade item, (4) bid or win an auction item or place a wanted item. |

| Article 7: |
PRIVACY - We gather your information so that other people will have
it on hand when they win your Item or you win their Item.
Contact information will not be sold or rented.
Contact information sent to a member regarding a product bought, sold, traded or wanted will not to be
used for any other purpose except for communication concerning the Item. |

| Article 8: |
SUSPENSIONS - VintageToys.com will NOT tolerate ANY unprofessional behavior, abuse or lack of concern for our system!
Any member who receives three (3) NEGATIVE feedbacks may be immediately suspended at the sole discretion of the administrator. If a member is suspended his name and usename will be reported to the entire membership. |

WARRANTY - VintageToys.com provides this website
on an AS IS condition, that is without a warranty or condition.
VintageToys.com is NOT liable for any damages resulting from your visit to or use of this site. |
